Fare Rules

Terms and Conditions

Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or all days. Contour Airlines flights are public charters sold and operated by Corporate Flight Management as a direct air carrier. Flights are subject to DOT Public Charter Regulations. Each guest is permitted to check one piece of baggage free of charge. Any additional checked baggage will be subject to a fee of $20 for each additional piece. These fares are nonrefundable and are subject to a fee of $25 per segment when made 30 days or less from the date of travel. Changes made more than 30 days prior to travel are not subject to the fee. Applicable fare and tax differences apply to any changes made after ticketing. Fares include U.S. government taxes and fees. All fares are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice, and other restrictions apply. If you do not board the flight(s) corresponding to your itinerary, your ticket has no value. Super Saver Fare Rules
  • Fares are nonrefundable and cannot be changed.
  • If you do not board the flight(s) corresponding to your itinerary, your ticket will have no value

 

Standard Fare Rules
  • Fares are nonrefundable
  • Standard fares are subject to a $25.00 change fee per passenger, per segment when made 30 days or less from the date of travel. Changes made more than 30 days prior to travel are not subject to the fee
  • If you do not board the flight(s) corresponding to your itinerary, your ticket will have no value

 

Flexible Fare Rules
  • Flexible fares are unrestricted and fully refundable to the original method of payment without penalty as long as they are canceled at least 1 hour prior to scheduled flight departure.
  • Flexible fares are not subject to change penalty.
  • If you do not board the flight(s) corresponding to your itinerary, your ticket will have no value

 

Baggage Rules
  • All checked baggage is subject to a $25.00 Excess Baggage Fee (excluding 1st checked bag for Standard class, and 1st and 2nd checked bag for Flexible class).
  • $50.00 Sports Equipment Fee (a full list of acceptable items may be found in our Contract of Carriage).
  • $50.00 Oversize Baggage Fee – any checked item (including Sports Equipment) weighing over 50 lbs. and/or with Maximum Outside Linear Dimension of 62 inches (158cm) (measured by adding the width + length + height).
  • Checked Baggage may not exceed the Maximum Outside Linear Dimensions of 115 linear inches (292 cm) or a maximum weight of 99 pounds (45 kg).
  • One piece of carry-on luggage and one personal item per passenger can be taken aboard the aircraft free of charge.
